Material Availability Trainee

General Purpose
To procure under intermediate supervision items needed in the day to day operations. Ensures cost efficient and continuous flow of materials from suppliers. Support team for resource tight caused by turn over.

Main Responsibility Areas
Deepens knowledge/skills in one area or broadens ability over a variety of skills. Applies knowledge/skills to a variety of standard day to day activities; identifies unusual technical problems. Responds to client requests in non-standard situations, investigating all the facts. Understands the key business drivers; uses this knowledge to focus own work.

Key Tasks
Procurement responsibility in own area, ensures the material availability for production.
Risk material management for short term, escalating, reporting, handling risk with internal team and supplier, work together to follow up and solve.
Managing inventory within min/max level and DOS control.
Supplier management through daily work and collaboration.
Involving in related projects.

Ihub Trainee

General Purpose
Independently processes orders and deliveries. Provides logistics/DSN expertise in specific competence area and supports in assigned programs/projects.

Main Responsibility Areas
Is independently responsible for managing material flow tasks ( deliveries, orders, purchase orders etc) in the most optimum manner. Works on complex assignments/projects and/or more demanding customers. Proatively supports/performs process improvement activities. Can also be responsible for managing special process requirements.

Key Tasks
Supports factories and Sales Units in DSP and order management related problems and questions (Includes IT systems and DSP process)
Plans tests and tests IT system related changes before production use
Trains end-users in factories and in sales units
Informs business on system related problems
Maintains and manages DSP related planning structure
Focuses on E2E prosess & system integrations together with E2E team
Initiatives, guides on change requests in DS organisation.
- HUB operational performance management
- Global/Local project implementation, HUB process development and improvement
- Assist local agreement and local Hub cost negotiation.
- Organize weekly, monthly, quarterly review meetings with LSPs. Make regular performance and costing reports.
- Organize the stock take/Cycle Count activity for HUB.
- Make sure materails transfer from HUB to Nokia factory, daily monitoring and management between DHL and Nokia system.
- HUB space management, bonded warehouse management

Product Availability planner Trainee / Engine planning planner Trainee.

General Purpose
Controls supply planning parameters. Provides and maintains supply capability information for selected product or service areas in Demand Supply Balancing & Short Horizon Planning processes. Accountable for escalating supply deviations that need corrective action from management.

Key Tasks
· As supply interface in factory supply logistic team, work with material management team, order fulfillment team and production.
· Consolidate short term material availability and production capacity, provide supply confirmation to sales cluster and maximize product deliveries.
· Inventory management for own products.
· Customer order handling.
· Product variant implementation activities related to planning.
· Support product ramp up plan according to cluster guidance.
· Execute product ramp down plan with related team.
· Planning parameter maintenance in ERP system.
