SAS Accountant–Local Operations Expenditure (Beijing)

Description:
General Purpose To process accounting transactions and reporting in accordance with process design,concept and service levels defined in the Service Description.
Main Responsibility Area
1. Well know Nokia/NSN accounting policy and SOX internal control points; familiar with expenditure & AP accounting knowledge; deep understand and strictly follow up Nokia/NSN expenditure posting & account payable work process.
2. Check & post travel expense claims, post and follow up the employee advances.
3. Check and post the invoices which out of Scanning Workflow
4. Check payment requests, process the approved PSR according to the company standard rule.
5. Payment queries contact window to employee & external suppliers; also has the responsibility to communicate the expenditure & AP working process as necessary.
6. Report & analysis the data in their specific work area to the supervisors periodically or when required
7. Provide value added information for business controller for their BU expense accrual at the period end.
8. Involve the projects related to their specific work area, e.g. testing, data clearing…
9. Involve the process improvement or policy update related to the specific work area
Scope
Individual Contributor - Participates as individual contributor to team, usually in a support role or entry level professional. Semi - routine or standard tasks. Decision making limited to standard applications in own work.
Impact
Accountable for quality and accuracy of own output. Errors may have limited impact on function/project/customer.
Key Tasks
1. SERVICE DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE - Processing accounting transactions and reporting in accordance with defined processes, concepts and service levels agreed in the Service Description - 2. QUALITY - Performing issue resolution, following process quality in daily operations and taking corrective actions when quality issues are identified in the process performance. - Ensuring that the deliverables are compliant with internal and external quality requirements (e.g. NAS, NARI, SOX). - Applying SAS management process to escalate deviances from set targets. - 3. COOPERATION - Communicating with local colleagues, business partners and other SAS teams. - Also participating in communication with auditors and external authorities. - Promoting continuous learning by own exemplary behavior.

Qualifications:
Individual Portfolio
1. Accouting education background, perferrably>2years work experience
2. English writing and speaking ability
3. good communication skill
4. Team work spirit.

SAS Accountant - DPM, NSN DPI APAC (Beijing)

Job responsibilities
1. Defined responsibility area in SAS Direct Purchases Services.
2. Service delivery and performance:
- Processing accounting transactions and reporting in accordance with process design, concept and service levels defined in the Service Description
- Contributing to continuous learning by own exemplary behavior.
3. Quality
- Proposing and performing corrective actions when quality controls reveal errors in the process performance.
- Performing issue resolution activities in accordance with the FSP support model.
- Ensuring that the deliverables are compliant with internal and external quality requirements (e.g. NAS, NARI, SOX).

Qualification & requirements (major, competency, etc)
1. Accountable for quality and accuracy of own output
2. Bachelor Degree in accounting or Master degree in accounting. On top of this, you have a good working knowledge Microsoft office / Excel
3. Data sense / Data accuracy needed
4. Higher Numerical reasoning
5. Higher Verbal reasoning
6. It will also be an asset if you have a good understanding (speaking and listening) of Japanese, Korean or Thai
7. Team working needed

SAS Accountant – Account Receivable (Beijing)

Job responsibilities:
Key Tasks & responsibilities

Major activities
1. Customer incoming payment allocation – accurate and timely update customer account, payment allocation to customer invoice and make sure customer book is maintained in a good manner;
2. SOX – good understanding of SOX and internal control concerning AR area, perform activities in alignment with corresponding standard and make sure good documentation;
3. Customer master maintainence – maintenance customer profile in R/3 timely upon request, make sure accurate information in all mandetary fields and approval in place along the whole process;
4. Customer reconciliation – key contact with customers for regular customer reconciliation and confirmation, internal report to support business;
5. Ad hoc task assigned;

Qualification & requirements (major, competency, etc)
Individual Portfolio
Degree or Master in Accounting.
1-2 years relevant working experience.
A good knowledge of SAP Preferred.
Strong command language capability in English.
Team work spirit with a can-do attitude.
